We've worked hard to make our healthy
tamales even better, tastier, heftier, and
chewier.  The meat is "pulled" or shredded
rather than grinded.  The cheese portion is
more generous.  New spice blends enhance
the flavor.  And the corn masa, still made
with olive oil instead of lard, wraps all the
goodness in a thinner sheath.  And for you
tamale afficianados,one of the best parts is
that the prices are still the same!
