All of the honey produced by Desert Creek Honey Co. is 100% pure, raw, and
unfiltered honey. Some honey bought from the grocery store has been
heated to an excess of 160 degrees. That high temperature kills almost all of
the natural benefits of honey. Desert Creek Honey is not warmed to
excessive temperatures. So much, if not all, of the natural values are left.
The honey is also only strained and not filtered.
JALEPENO CREAMED HONEY
The new sweet 'n spicy flavor is a big
hit! Spread on crackers, meats, breads,
and mix with creamed cheese. Though
it is Jalapeno, it is not extremely hot. It
is more of a medium spice in flavor.
