Beginning with the 2012
Spring/Summer Harvest
season, we will once
again start selling veggies
directly to all our Farm
Fans and to the general
public at our farm stand.
So stay tuned for dates
and details!
With our Farmhouse Bakery & Store,
you'll be able to order online or come
out and buy fresh-baked loaves of
our homemade breads, made with
organic ingredients. Just organic
whole wheat and whole grain white
flour, salt, water, a pinch of yeast,
organic fruits and flavors. Delicious!
Available in Spring 2012.
Our Meet & Greet Brunch out at the farm on
Saturday, January 7th, was a great success!
More than 40 people came out and enjoyed
a brunch fashioned out of the organic
veggies that we grow and natural products
from our partner farmers. Included on the
menu:
- Quiche made with our organic
spinach, farm-fresh eggs, and
natural raw milk cheeses.
- Our own homemade sourdough
bread, made with all-natural
ingredients.
Guests got a first-hand look at what a CSA
is all about, explored our fields, and heard
what "growing and eating with the seasons"
is all about.
They learned about eating healthy, how to
provide natural foods for your family, and
how to love the good taste and nutritional
value of fresh-harvest veggies.
Our next event will be an OPEN HOUSE in
early Spring, when we will have the grand
opening of our brand-new new Farmhouse
Bakery & Store building.
