You will receive priority on our waiting list
based on the date you sign up.
It is possible that additional shares may open up during
the year (someone moves out of the area, for instance).
In such a case, you can purchase a partial share to
finish out the remainder of 2010 as a member.
You will then join other members as "first-in-line" for
full membership during enrollment for 2011.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
  • I would like to be a member and understand that I
    will share the risks with Garden Harvests Farm.
  • I agree to excuse the farm for seasonal mishaps
    that might occur.
  • I understand that the farm will provide 30 weeks of
    seasonal produce, exclusive of field prep and
    planting times.
  • I understand that each week's produce will be
    different and based upon seasonal availability,
    insects, weather, and other acts of God.
  • I understand that I am committing to an annual
    subscription and that I will pay in advance in four
    equal installment payments of $150 each.
  • I understand that payments will be DUE ON January
    15th, April 15th, July 15th, and October 15th.
  • I understand that a seasonal share will be
    managed, harvested, and prepared for me each
    week.
  • I understand that I am committing to a season and
    my pre-payment fees help cover the annual costs
    of labor, fertilizer, seed, equipment, etc. to develop
    the CSA harvest.
  • I understand that NO refunds are available, but that
    I can cancel at any time during the year prior to a
    seasonal payment.

Our membership roster is full for 2010.  However, in
the event one of our members cancels at the end of
a season (for instance, moves out of the local area),
then you can have the opportunity to join during the
year.  You will be able to purchase a partial share
based on the remainder of the growing seasons.

Priority will be based on the date you submit the
Waiting List Sign-Up Form on the right side of this
page.

Signing up will also include you with our current 2010
members for "first-in-line" priority to sign up for full
membership during the period of expanded enrollment
for the year 2011.
