How do we begin to make changes that will
eventually heal us and our earth? One choice at
a time is the way. The only force for change is
each person making a decision that eventually
helps replenish rather than destroy.
For starters, let's begin with what we choose to
eat. Our choice to buy food grown in our local
area is a powerful one and one within our reach.
We have ranchers and farmers in our area that
can supply righteous food.
Except for finding fresh-grown vegetables at
this time of the year, all of you out there can
purchase raw milk, raw cheese, pastured meats
and chicken, free-range eggs, and raw honey.
To help you with that, here are links to farmers
and producers that are within a reasonable
distance for you to drive. Some will also ship
and/or deliver:

White hoop covers are in place over newly-planted
vegetables to protect them from freezing weather
and frost. These covers are translucent and porous
to let in sun and rain, but trap heat to keep the
plants warm. Growing under cover are lettuce,
cabbage, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, and caluiflower.
The bare rows contain seeds which are insulated by
the earth.
