| BRICK OVEN BREADS Made with whole grains, organic ingredients, and baked in brick ovens. Ingredients are simple and natural: flour, yeast, water, and salt. And that's it! There's no oil, sugar, milk, or eggs in our old-world breads. |
| BREADS, COBBLERS AND PIES To go along with our homemade breads, we have expanded our baked goods to include fresh cobblers and pies made with seasonal organic fruits such as blueberries, peaches, and blackberries. For right now, we will be baking breads, cobblers, and pies on Friday only for sale starting on Saturday of each week. When we open our new air-conditioned building outfitted with a kitchen, we will have a daily baking schedule to go with new operating hours for the store. |
